Please enter the following information to generate a randomized pedigree chart. These charts are ideal for classroom or personal use.

Start by selecting one of the two general inheritance types to see their specific options. If no inheritance type is selected, the system will choose Autosomal Dominant by default.

Note that each individual who merges with the main family branch (or marries into the family) will be assigned a random genotype. Each individual has a 75% change of finding a permanent mate (marrying) and can have anywhere from no offspring to four offspring.
